  Nice bank location with friendly tellers. Yeah, the line does tend to be long on saturdays. However, you can tell that they try their best to push people through so it moves pretty quickly.

  Lines are long, specially on saturdays. Use to be opened on Sundays which was great, but they don't open Sundays which causes a lot of chaos on Saturday. Saturday they close at 3, no-one wants to park in the second parking because its old and messed up, and there's only 3 people to help, everything else is machines. The lady that helped us out was chewing gum while helping us which I found disrespectful.

  Great service and the staff are always friendly! However, the only problem I have with this location is the parking lot. It’s in horrible condition. I wish they re-did the pavement or cleaned it once in a while. There’s always garbage lying around.

  Decent service but usually packed on Saturdays. Only 3 live teller stations with 3 automated teller machines inside. There are 2 parking lots and the second, larger lot, is in TERRIBLE condition and has been so for many years. If there is standing water in the second lot, think twice before driving through it since there are very deep potholes that can damage your car!

  Good location, terrible staff. ATM inside the office location was malfunctioning and upon notifying manager was pretty much told to jimmy my card as it got locked in the card reader. When I asked if the money that didn’t come out the machine was taken from my account, she said I could check online later. I asked why didnt the ATM have a sign indicating it was not working she said I could use another ATM.

  Horrible service. They wouldn't even accept my temps as identification when it clearly shows its me. The DMV in Wisconsin told me that my permit serves as identification. These banks make it ten times harder on people for the dumbest reason. I will not be going back here and I also went there yesterday and they told me to come back tomorrow. Wasted my time for 2 consecutive days.

  3 out of 4 ATM machines are not working!! Lines are big and people have to wait long time.
