      A nice location not too far from down town Northville, friendly staff if you need service inside otherwise they have an ATM & a drive through! *Enter at the light, the driveway directly on Six Mile is only for exiting the drive through!

      This branch along with Chase Bank lost $90,000 from our account. We are still trying to recover the funds two weeks later. This bank is not capable of doing their job which is keeping their customers money safe. If this is not resolved early next week, I will escalate to all available avenues.

      They lost my mother’s and my financial documents with very sensitive information on it from when we applied for a loan. In response, the tellers were gossiping about me (who was trying to pick up said documents) behind the counter.

      I bank here often and the tellers are never pushy and always are willing help you out if they can. I only bank at this branch strictly because of it's great staff and comfortable atmosphere.
