  Need my money to pay rent and no ATM THAT I CAME GET TO SO OPENS AT 9:00 AM . I had to use another ATM FROM SOME WARE ELSE'S and get charged $3.00 not happy.sorry my mistake there is an out door atm its away from the building i didn't see it not in a spot i could of seen my bad.

  Chase Bank is still supporting the fossil fuel industry through BILLIONS of dollars in financing every year, despite them trying to greenwash it away. Horrendous company.

  Not helpful. Too much back and forth. No one speaks Spanish and if they get an interpreter then they are barely helpful. Worst experience at a Chase Bank. Sadly, it's the closest.

  Been calling for the past two days and nobody answers the phone. We’re new to Chase so this is unacceptable to us. Also tried to get in contact with the person who opened our account and haven’t heard back from her. A simple question about our account that could’ve been handled in less time took me 2 hours to figure out while calling the 1(800) number. What a waste of time.

  Worst Chase I’ve ever been to. Took 45 minutes to make a deposit, teller had to ask for a manager 4-5 times. Train your employees so people can be in and out like banks should operate. Was late to my meeting because they don’t know how to do their jobs.

  The customer service experience there is actually a nightmare to deal with. Staffs alway come with an attitude and not really welcoming!!!

  Scheduled an appointment for business services 10 days in advance, left work early, the person wasn’t there and no one available to help. Super bummed this is the closest branch to my house because I do not want to give my business to them.
