      Such a bad customocare in this branch. I wanted to talk about my account information privately. So I asked for a private session with someone. They refused and told me tellers can help you. When approached teller she did not know how to answer my question and summoned other tellers. They couldn’t answer so they publicly asked the personal banker who was sitting other side of the lobby and she very loudly answered my question. Now everyone in the lobby knows my private bank information. Thank you. Mere stupidity

      I was very pleased with my service at this branch. I had to have my name changed on my account because I recently married as well as my debit card. Card remained active under my previous name and I got my card just a few days later in a timely fashion. Cashier was new to name changes but never gave up until she completed the task.

      I would give chase a zero if I could.... They rejected my 10000 doller it's income taxes without a 3 day review and lied to me twice saying the taxes would pay for the lil debt and send a cashier's check... Chase as a whole is trash and that's an understatement ..... I'd rather use any other back or banking service.... And this happened all in one day 🚮

      I've gone to this branch for 7 years. The last 2 years quality of service has greatly decreased. Staff have given me wrong information over my issues with my debit card. I needed to get an apostle done and called ahead to ask if they did the document I needed. They said they did. Went in and they refused. What a wasted trip. I ended up going to the UPS store. Go to the other branch if you want decent service.

      The Lack of Customer Service Care at this location is Appalling. My Wife and Daughter went into the Bank on Monday August 2nd to open a High School Account and they were given an appointment for Friday August 6th at 3:30 pm as they are seeing people "by appoint only".. they showed up at their scheduled time just to be told they were not listed in the system for any appointment.. My wife and daughter explained that they were given an appointment and their answer was we cannot see you without an appointment and the soonest we can give get an appointment for you is Next Friday or Next Saturday, 7-8 days out... Any other Business after realizing their mistake would have tried to make things right and try to accommodate its customer for the following day... But not these people. perhaps they have Zero concept about Customer Service. I would have expect them to try to fix their screw up. after all it was the Ineptitude of the Person who was there on Monday August 2nd, 2021 at about 4pm who created the problem. I wish it were possible to give them ZERO Stars...

      I have a business account and sent my manager inside this branch and they refused to service him (business cash singles and quarters) stating his business card doesn’t allow him too (for 3.5 years his business debit worked fine with high limits set by me personally) they sent him a new card several months ago and I’m assuming the cash withdrawal limits didn’t transfer to his new card They refused to speak to me over the phone (his cell phone), and when he requested a direct line to the branch he was told “were closing soon” (I was on the cell phone speaker listening) Requested a manager and was then told nothing they can do to help because they can’t speak on cell phone and the branch is closing now (6min passed trying to get branch manager to assist) Asked for names of rep speaking and of manager so I could stop in Monday to express my displeasure and was told a different rep name of Trina Layne. HORRIBLE BRANCH, who’s primary focus to a navy veteran was you must leave we are now closed vs trying to help. I guess my business needs for change to operate was as important as staff walking out exactly at 1pm after getting there at 12:47 to do a normally 3 min transaction

      Today I experienced the most bratty so called manager at this location. Rolling her eyes, pointing her finger, asking personal questions in front of other customers. I was literally a second away from closing my account, but luckily I've had nothing but good experiences with everyone else. I'm so disappointed in Chase today. I do not recommend this manager at all to handle disputes. I had to hold back only because I was there for my austics sons first bank account. It was about him and his first job and not me. I do not recommend this branch until they clean up their management.

      I come here and I have get the worst service. Along with many others I see frustrated and lost as to what to do- NOTHING changes here! No coin counter since I know 2013. Rude slow people who really don't care cause it shows. Wanted to get a document notorized and it's been 45 minutes. I'm still here! I've already started moving my money and it's just a matter of days before I split completely!!! It's just a shame Chase- Washington st Kenosha has Corporate mentality and doesn't care about the people that keep them employed! I see the other complaints and they are all recent- DO SOMETHING and check out your branch!

      I made my account a month ago and I have yet to be given a debt card been having to withdrawal money from inside the bank whenever I need money or deposit only in the atms are useless to me b/c I can use Apple Pay
