  I absolutely love JPMorgan Chase Bank! I get free designer checks, and I don’t get charged any fees whatsoever. I don’t even get charged for overdrafting my account as they’ll automatically cover it w/ my connected savings account. I can deposit checks right from my phone, and if I have any issues whatsoever w/ any of my Chase debit or credit card transactions or lost card, anything, their customer service representatives are always friendly and always help w/ the issue at hand. I’ve never had a case where they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me!

  Do not go here if you want to do anything. It is an empty shell for a building. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was there. Doesn't even seem like a real bank. You might as well use an online bank at this point.

  Very nice branch. Helpful with all of the things that I've ever needed. People know your name at this branch. Best lobby coffee in town.

  Took over 30 mins to get cash since the atm was not working. Had 5 people inside and only 1 teller that was able to help. Horrible experience
