      Front desk lady is unprofessional, lazy, and nonchalant with her substandard service. She must've come from the DMV or maybe she is a former county employee. Out of all branches, this by far, is the worst. I used to visit this branch and they were great. The lady at the front desk is at points rude. I have been a member for years. However, the person that I took there to open an account decided not to do so because of the terrible service at this branch. Go get some help! Made me reconsider even being a member.

      I was very excited when they introduced their KIT, but it’s been nothing but horrible service and wait times since they have. Simple transactions are horrible. Complicated ones can no longer happen. No one can ever fix any issues. Now the hassle of having to change banks.

      I have two accounts that were opened at this branch. I just took my 17 year old in there to open a checking account for her, and we sat and waited to be helped for 42 minutes. When several people who came in AFTER us were taken into the offices to be helped, we left. We are currently being assisted at Chase, where i also have an account, and where we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. I’ll be closing my savings account at Kemba and transferring it to my Chase account.

      This branch went above and beyond in helping my daughter get her loan approved and other loans paid and closed! We were working on a time crunch and Amanda Handshey (and I believe another employee, sorry don't know their name) went as far as personally delivering checks to two other banks for my daughter to make certain the account was paid on time and wouldn't accrue terribly high fees. I have never had such wonderful customer service at ANY other bank. Thank you for making our financial issue a priority.

      I love the whole virtual teller but the lady today is talking way too much and holding the line up. We have stuff to do and I'm still sitting in line hearing hear conversating I've been in line for 40 minutes.

      This Kemba Branch has very rude employees that will go out of their way to make simple transactions difficult. My first visit to this branch i was put through a "random check" just to pull out $50 dollars. The next time i visited this branch i had drove with a co-worker to get lunch and forgot my I.D in my car. I had never had a issue the two other times i miss placed my I.D and needed to do a signature verification at my Grove City branch. The lady at the front knew exactly who i was never asked me my name then proceeded to the back. She came out and when i asked if she needed my name she said "no we know who you are". I proceeded to sign three times and told them i did not have my account number on hand but was always asked to verify my social and address as well as a few other question to complete my transaction the few other times I was with out I.D. The lady at the desk shoved the paper back and told me sorry we wont be able to help you. I was only withdrawing $20. The manager completely defended the lack of help given by his employees and refused to let me do a signature verification for $20. I have never not one time told i could not do a signature verification because of not having account number on hand.The discrimination shown at this branch is saddening to think that no matter how long or how much money you poor into your bank you are not valued or respected as a customer. The lack of help to just withdrawal $20 is upsetting along with the sarcastic attitudes they displayed when not letting me withdrawal made it clear i would never pour my money into an account that would give a loyal known customer such a hard time over $20. This was discrimination at its finest and very upsetting. The bank manager was no help and only made no effort to help. I WOULD NEVER VISIT THE PICKERINGTON BRANCH NOR BANK WITH KEMBA AGAIN!

      I really liked this bank and the employees for awhile ( I've been here for 3 years ) and then I recently visited and the lady at the desk had the WORST attitude ever and didn't help me. I'm definitely switching banks, I really wanted to like kemba.

      Kemba shut my debit card off without warning me. So I went in to this location, where I was informed my debit card was shut off because I had the new chip card. When I told them I didn't, I was met with hostility, and told I did have the new card and I should start using it...WOW Kemba is so good that they know what I have and feel confident enough to call me a lier! So, I took half my money(so I wouldn't accidently bounce any payments while setting up my new account somewhere else). So I spoke with someone at Kemba's call center about this, and they were very apologetic about it, even sent me a $25 gift card BUT Huntington Bank offered me $150 to start banking with them and promised I wouldn't be called a lier. The offers alone make it worth it, I mean it is just business, but Kemba made it personal and I won't stand for that.

      I was charged a fee for a wire transfer, when I called and explained I wasn't aware of a fee it was quickly resolved. Jesse and Jake were very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me with some recent problems I ran into.
