  we love this branch! even tho we are not local we still consider them "our branch". wish all chase branches were this great!

  Carlos Lopez at the Chase Bank in La Canada Flintridge is the most rudest person. He is a liar and won’t even help his own business customer to release a hold when the other bank already released a hold. he said its his discretion and he won’t do it. I signed the check with my signature and didn’t put the business name. they cleared other checks that I signed but not this one. It is actually personal because I questioned him if he called wells fargo to get the hold off and he didnt like that.
