Bobby Durning1Wouldn’t help us (new customers) with a simple thing we needed due to it being “almost lunch break,” told us to come back in an hour. No thanks

Sarah Peterman1This branch never answers their phone. As a Chase Private Client, I find this lack of customer service infuriating. Answer your phones or close down so that we can take our business elsewhere and be serviced in a timely manner.

Mahesh R2Convenient location. Haven’t had much bad luck at this location. Typically a short wait to speak to a representative unless you are trying to speak to a banker. They never answer calls and claim it’s based on how busy they get. Have two 24 hr ATM machines outside which makes it easy after hours. But half the time it doesn’t work. As of recently they have been randomly changing open times and it inconveniences the customers since we never know when it’s closed anymore.

Maryam Tayeb1They deserve no stars. The manager in this branch (Lorena) is rude, unhelpful and indifferent. We recently needed assistance with an account-related mistake and she flat out refused to help. Hey Lorena, if you don't like what you do, do something else! Chase clients deserve someone more professional...

Hogan Heartsill1Avoid making deposits at this location at all costs. The atm machine is broken 70% of the time and the other 30% you have the chance of it just breaking while your depositing. Especially avoid if you need to make a payment with the money you are depositing as it may take it, not put it in your account, and you will have to wait however many days before you get your money.

Ash Anvari1Shout out to Ron and Sonia for helping us for many years. The branch manager (Lorena?) on the other hand, is a different story. The aura of indifference and apathy that emanates from her can be seen from miles away. I had seen this not-caring attitude in her interactions with other clients at the branch and I experienced it first-hand today. I have contacted the executive office regarding this and I will follow through to see some change. Chase clients deserve better.

Mariah Listach1I lost my debit card and license over the weekend and haven't really had a chance to look for it yet but I needed cash yesterday (Monday) so I went in to this location and let the teller know my problem and he was awesome at helping me. He just had me answer three security questions and informed me that I could only take out up to $100 per day without my ID or debit card. I said that was fine because I only needed $40. Fast forward to today (Tuesday), still no luck in finding it and needed to meet my sister who lives 2 hours away for something and planned on looking around her car since that's where I remembered having it last. I went back in to this location and let them know I had been in yesterday and still hadn't found my license or debit card and just needed enough cash to get gas. This time the teller had me write down the answers to 4 security questions and again informed me I could only get $40 per day and only one transaction per day without ID and again I didn't have a problem with that. He then tells me that he needs a supervisor's approval. Cool. Until I realized that the supervisor was an employee I overheard saying two employees were getting on her nerves as I was walking in. She then comes and proceeds to ask how long it had been since I lost my license, I let her know that I didn't think it was permanently lost I just needed to look a little harder and that it was probably in my sister's car. She then says that giving me MY OWN MONEY is a one time curtesy without ID and that she shouldn't even do it for me because my ID isn't lost, "someone else just has it". I tell her as far as I know IT IS LOST because I can't find it at the moment and I have already answered FOUR security questions for the teller. I also tell her that I have a work ID, a social security card, an old Chase debit card, and can even log in to my Chase account online to prove to her that it is my account. She proceeds to ask me where my direct deposits come from and also my last three automatic payments (?!). I give her all of that information and she still insists on repeating that she cannot help me because I don't have my ID. Finally, the teller gave me my $40 and I was so livid I just walked out but I should have asked to speak with her again privately because that is NOT how customers should be treated! I understand the rules about ID and appreciate the security concerns, HOWEVER, I was told multiple times that I could only make one withdrawal per day for no more than $100 without an ID and I didn't try to do anything more than that and I was able to answer my own security questions without hesitation! I was already considering changing banks but I am definitely switching now after this incident!

Juliet Johnson1I went into this branch, 3 months ago to make a payment on my credit card. I could’ve paid cash, but chose to pay with my other credit card, because I didn’t have an account with chase. Now here’s where it gets frustrating. The payment was processed as a cash advance. Which I wasn’t informed of. Thinking nothing of it. Fast forward to August. I’m charged a cash advance fee with my bank. Now I understand where I went wrong now. But the reason I included that information is to anyone who also is new to credit cards. You can’t pay a credit card with a credit card. Seems logical, but unless told that, how are you to know.. fast forward to today, Saturday September 22,I go into the branch, telling them what my bank told me, that they would have to reverse the charge in order for me to stop getting interest payments on a cash advance. I ask the teller to look up my account and hand her my id. She asks what she’s looking for, and I tell her my tale. And when I told her I wasn’t informed that it was going to be charged as a cash advance, she said she doesn’t have too. Her attitude was deplorable. She was very sassy, and snarky. And when I asked her to tone down the attitude and calm down, that we were having a discussion she said she didn’t have an attitude. Now I don’t know what kind of customer service you provide, but informing your clients when they have a potential charge coming their way should be part of your policy. And the fact that this woman thinks she doesn’t have to is unacceptable. You could have made my life so much easier if I was simply informed of that. I had the cash in my hand. And then when I asked to speak with the manager I was informed that she was the person in charge and that the branch manager wasn’t going to be there till Monday. She was not helpful, rude, unkind, inconsiderate, and i have never felt so disrespected when talking to someone at a bank. And if they would post this with harsh language I would call her a name. But i won’t. I should hope that chase would have better representation, but I wasn’t on the receiving end of it. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her I would be here Monday to talk to her branch manager, like she was in the right for treating me that way, I told her right there, that that was why I was going to be coming in on Monday to talk to them. Hope you think that attitude was worth it sweetie. Because I’m going to see to it that you get punished and if you don’t, well I hope karma is your friend and you never need help or kindness directed at you, like I needed it at that moment.
