  Excellent customer service. Suzanne, the assistant vice president of this branch, was kind and so helpful when I needed the services of a certifying officer for a specific document. She and her team accommodated my last-minute appointment request and got it figured out in under 20 minutes. Absolutely recommend this branch for any Chase banking needs.

  The employees at this branch will lie to YOU! Chase does not care about any of their clients. Their customers mean nothing to them! Most of the services you need won’t be available when you need them! Do not use chase bank! They say whatever they have to say to get your business, but do not expect them to follow thru with anything, ever! Then they’ll laugh at you when they leave you high and dry!

  I've been going to this branch office in Louisville for 20+ years, back when it was still Bank One, what is now Chase Bank. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. It's like going to a neighborhood bank, yet with the services of a large bank. I have several business accounts, as well as my personal accounts with Chase. The Louisville team has always been professional and easy to work with, whether it's about loans, account questions, routine deposits, international transfers, etc. The drive-up is always fast and efficient. I can't say much good about Chase's online customer service, but I really appreciate the Louisville branch.

  I used the drive thru for my banking needs. The teller was friendly and able to help me quickly with my deposit. One of the lanes in the drive thru was shut down, so would slow down people during busy times.

  Surprised to see so many negative review here. On that basis alone I decided to add my opinion. I have a 2 business accounts here. The service has always been great and I have never encountered any rude people. Makes me wonder what the other posters below did or said to get "rudeness". I have had to use Chase numerous times to wire money outside the country, whereas Bank of the West had such an archaic system they could not even use the information that I had for wiring. At Chase, no problem. If you have any sort of banking needs that go beyond the typical checking/savings account, this is good bank. In comparison to Bank of the West, it may be your only option.

  Very disappointed in trying to work with David Silva to figure out an issue with mine and my husbands joint account. In hindsight, I realize that the reason for my issue is the way we set up a savings account for my daughter under my name vs ours or his, and I will get that corrected online by myself. However, I did not need to be lectured or accused of doing something incorrect. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

  Perhaps my favorite Chase location in the area. Right across the highway from Superior, I think Moral, spelling for this lady from Lebanon(?) Is very good at her job. Likewise the rest of the staff are very good at their jobs...

  Been with chase 2 years. All along theres notes i use my middle name. The rude as hell branch manager at this place would not let me deposit my check because she "refused" even though 2 years no problem. I LITERALLY changed banks because of her.....the branch manager of this branch. Theres so many better banks anyways
