  The branch manager is an uncaring, unconcerned individual who lacks interest, creativity, or concern for clients. The tellers are rude, but I’m sure that it is because of management treating them like garbage, just like the customers.

  Julie Howard was amazing! She gave me the BEST customer experience ever with Chase 😬🤗. She was very nice and detailed to let me know how the process of my application was going. Also, she kept her office very clean and gave me sanitizer tissues to clean my hands constantly. She was very respectful and nice to be around! I cannot speak about the rest of the bank but she made my experience extraordinary, which is why I'm giving it the best rating possible.

  I HAD to write a review after my experience today. It was close to closing and there was a slight line and 1 teller open (with 2 others obviously and visibly busy with signs up). A man ahead of me on line was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to the available teller and caused a scene for no reason - she was just doing her job and following protocol but he didn't seem to like that or the fact that she was the only teller available even though there was a line (none of the rest of us were remotely phased or bothered by this, it's the end of the day after all). I was SO IMPRESSED when the security guard and another male employee immediately swept in to control and dissolve the situation. It was handled extremely professionally and I have so much respect for the entire staff on duty today.

  After a negative experience at the Chase Bank on E. 42nd, I was able to get the help I needed and my questions answered quickly here. I look forward to coming back to this branch in the future.

  Half of the time, I find the staff to be impolite. It’s only after you pull out the Private Client debit card that they treat you w/ respect. Very small branch with basically no seating / common area inside. Compare that to some of the Park Avenue branches of Chase, I’m surprised that they are even the same bank. Giving it a 2 star nevertheless as some of the staff were quite professional and attentive.
