      Came in to close a secondary account and Dominick was incredibly helpful and swift. Plus he was able to recover fees I paid on that account! I’ve been have a rough day (week and month honestly) and he completely turned my day around. I left with happy tears. I’ve been a member with Chase for 12 years and it’s because of their amazing staff like Dominick that I will continue banking with them!

      Most staff is good but some obviously never was disciplined as a child. I'm thinking of switching banks. I don't need to be talked down upon when I'm handing someone my hard earned money.

      Very professional staff, and highly helpful. Usually quick service too. Multiple times I have needed to talk with a banker, and they have been able to get someone to speak with me in less than 5 minutes. They greet me, and notice that I need help right away. I have had excellent service from the tellers too. I have not used the drive-thru at this branch because it looks too tight to fit through my vehicle...but the inside service is great. I have deposited funds, completed wire transfers, obtained cashier's checks, you name it...they do it here. Not only that, but due to being a disabled veteran, my checking account gets me a lot for free that others would charge me for. I am pleased with this branch for sure. THANKS FOR BEING GREAT!

      The front lady was ridiculously unhappy for the first 5 mins of being open. Holly was not jolly. Not only was she rude to me but a well to a customer looking for a commercial loan...... I will be driving the extra 15 mins for another chase.

      As I entered the building with mask on (and doing an adjustment as it was falling off, was yelled at. I will be removing my accounts and buisness accounts away from this based off one bankers intolerable attitude. The lobby was extremely hot to the point to being uncomfortable. Moving all buisness and personal accounts over the next few weeks.
