  From the moment you walk in this small branch goes way out of their way to make you feel welcome. Donna greeted me at the door and helped me set up a new account with warmth and knowledgability. Overall a very pleasant experience.

  Stopped by to do wire transfer of $10000 the guy AJ was very rude and said can not do it because I got money in my account just one day prior but I had enough available fund (not pending). I said if this is the service then I will leave chase he said go ahead and do it. Within 10 minuets I stopped by at Ann Arbor branch it didn’t even take 10 minuets to transfer.

  Destiny and AJ were amazing help! I had a fairly mundan but tedious task to ask of Destiny and she made me smile thru the whole process. Thanks again!!!!

  They do not answer their phone number, recording always gives banking center number then hangs up. Banking center gives the same number again.

  No one ever answers the phone. It rings tells you to call another number. That number rings and then tells you to call the first line. I’ve called over 12 times today. No response.

  Walked in to open a bank account 20 minutes before closing. Was told it was too late in the day. That's 1 star from me.
