Jeannette Kvammen1I was sitting in the drive-thru for a long amount time. No one came out to tell me that they would be right with me or even acknowledged that I was there. I was able to see the teller but she never turned to see who was in the drive-thru. I had to finally leave. I felt like no one cared

Samuel Underwood1Worst banking experience I have ever had, they change their site and app and everyone's account locks, super long wait times to call them and get it unlocked since that is apparently the only way to do it. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else
