  I needed help with loans (type of loans, how to choose it, how to pay , why these loans would be a benefit for me to choose to pay off in a certain time) It was a big headache for me. Ms.Mandy Vaudo helped me with pay off, conformation and reassurance. Thank you for what you did for my future.

  I have always hated depositing cash at an ATM, but using the drive up direct teller machines allow me to have get feedback from a person that the right amount is being deposited. LOVE this organization.

  Unusable drive up service, inconvenient placement and “drawer” system won’t take materials-imagine the worst dollar changing machine you have ever used and make 10x worse- inside service as bad!

  Went through drive thru service. The next over from the window a that was taken. Put my paper work in to send and nothing happened, pushed the button many times still nothing happened. Got my paper work back, drove around to the window, someone drove to the same place I had been and it worked right away for him. The guy at the window said he didn't control it. But had to have been able to flip it on and off. He apologized, but i don't believe it wasn't intentional. They don't leave the bottles/ canisters or whatever out at night. The light was on for service and the canister sent out then turned off. It was incredibly annoying, time consuming, rude.

  Just completed a transaction at this branch with Vicky. Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable and worked hard to drive towards closing. Time was of the essence and she made it happen. Thank you, Vicky.

  Very good service. I went in to open an account. I am please with customer service and experience. I had to set appointment. Didn't want to wait all day. Appointments take priority.

  I have only been inside 4 times since the move, but have only had courteous and prompt service from the tellers and service desk .
