  Juanita is the BEST OF THE BEST! She is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. She guided me every step of the way! I have know Juanita for a few years now and always recommend her to everyone.   Juanita did the best for us, beyond what I would’ve expected as first time home buyers. It meant a lot to me and my family that we were represented so well and that I could trust Juanita with my parents during this process. I’m beyond grateful for everything Juanita did. CharterWest is great to have someone like her that is bilingual and amazing!

  I recommend you not to go here. This place will not get you to close on a home. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  I'd Recommend you go somewhere else if you actually want to close on a home loan. Have over $1.5M in accounts, over $1M in real estate equity and this bank can't figure out how to underwrite a $250K real estate loan. Why are you never in the Mortgage business.
