  This bank won’t stop sending me emails after I closed an account about 3 years ago with them. I called once already and was reassured communications won’t continue but they still do. Their banking is alright while I was with them. Better option than the big name banks.

  I am over this credit union it’s worse than any bank I have been to. I don’t know why my family has banked with them for decades. Don’t try transaction disputes they will tell you there is nothing they can do or to do it yourself. I have lost $300 in the last two and half years because of this. Their costumer service or should we say member services sucks if you have to call them. Go to another credit union or bank.

  Cannot sing their praises enough. Briana Neely is a gem. She stayed late to help us set up our accounts, despite our fussy baby. They have fantastic rates, fantastic service, and I am excited to start using them for our primary banking.

  Been dealing with Credit Union since it was located up street - 35+ years - and they've given great service. Pretty much kept up with technology to allow access to help. Great staff. Knowledgable and courteous. Read up on this. Credit unions can operate differently than banks (for the better)!

  Helpful and friendly staff. Nearly all of my business is conducted using their mobile banking app. I find it very easy to use. Several times I've submitted updates to have the description changed from "Tree farm" to "Credit union" and Google can't get it done. It's a credit union folks!

  So far this bank has given my girlfriend and I the best customer service/experience I've come across. Anita Knox is their Senior Specialist and she has been nothing less than helpful and a really cool lady! Someone give her a raise 👍

  Great bank but and most of the time nice people. Sometimes they don't treat you the same as other people of different ethnic group. Should thrive on treating everyone the same!

  Everything about Charter Oak is great except for the online banking. It is not very user friendly...
