Chad gordy5My Fiancé and I had a phenomenal experience with Lunda, she made the process fast, easy and also made the visit fun and enjoyable which you never receive at a bank! The rest of the staff and management was top notch and made sure we were taken care of the whole way. Lunda, and her staff would revive 6 stars if there was such a option.

Tamara Dietzel5Friendly helpful staff. Have been a member for many years but it was not my primary bank until the ‘big’ bank kept raising fees and couldn’t keep up with technology. Converted to CMCU being my only bank and couldn’t be happier!!

Martine Jordan1I just left that bank with the worst experience. I asked to speak with the manager and he was just as rude. I had an urgent matter not to get into personal details, but the two of them made me feel less than. The manager and staff was very insensitive. Please bank elsewhere.

George Tucker1I visited the Huntersville Branch today to take care of a family member estate (the family member died in December, 2020). The bank is charging late fees for January thru March 2021, as well as monthly interest charges. These amount to roughly $200. I asked about these and the Branch Manager refused to waive or reduce these charges. I will ensure that the bank is paid in full, including the ~$200.00 charges. However, I don't support their insensitive and uncaring business practices. I encourage others to find other banks/credit unions that actually care about their members and families. Nate Saunders1Awful fees, awful customer service, awful rates. Can’t think of one good reason anyone would bank with this outfit. We needed 12 months of bank statements to complete another loan with a different institution. After trying for days to get this info, they finally emailed the correct documents but then charged $5 per page of EMAILED documents. Will be closing accounts immediately and going to a larger bank.

Jill Young1Horrible Customer Service!!! Monday September 16th I went into branch and everyone was huddled around the tellers station and they were all into what ever they were talking about. They ignored that I was there standing in the lobby waiting to be assisted. I had to say something to get service. When I go into large financial institutions, I'm always greeted with a smile and they are ready to assist me. Ashley Shaw finally came to assist me, no smile, no hello, just how may I help you, this was not the genuine how can I help you, it was you are disturbing my day. She was dry as a chip NO personality, unprofessional, and she didn't make matters any better. I was there because my account was double charged and a charge was on my account that should not have been. That's upsetting to anyone and then you have to deal with a person that is unprofessional, have no personality, people or customer skills. She told me that I needed to wait 14 after charge posted to account. That wasn't the issue, my issue is how she presented it to me, no sympathy or empathy, no assurance no, hello, good bye have a nice day nothing, but what she needed to say to me. I had to return Thursday September 19, because I had unauthorized charges on my account, that put my account in the red. This time Ashley was in her office and I stepped in there and asked her could she assist me. Again I got a how may I help, same as Monday. I was disturbing her on the internet. No smiles, very unprofessional, no hello or good bye. My account was overdrawn because of the unauthorized charges and she never gave me options, that I got from your call center. I didn't know that I could use my debit card if I needed to, because I have a courtesy of $1500. She never told me any of that. Kudos to your call center. I was very upset how she treated me, so I went to the branch manager Josh Lavere and told him about my experience I had with Ashley and the first thing came out of his mouth was she is not like that. And that was all he said. That was the wrong response as a manager. I would never make false accusations about anyone.I called him when I left the branch, he didn't return my call , after I left a voicemail. I realize that behavior starts from the top and trickles down. Unbelievable a manager would respond with those words. It is clear that Ashley and Josh are both unprofessional, no people's or customer service skills. They need training on conflict resolutions and customer service 101, soft people skills. Because of this I will be closing my accounts that I had with you for 10 year, and my husband account. If it wasn't for members there would be no CMCU, so that need to be addressed to your employees. I will never partner with a financial institute that doesn't treat me with dignity and respect. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable going to a branch getting assistance with my accounts.
