  5 Stars are not enough. I spoke with a lot of loan officers before making a decision. Charlie was the only person who took the time (I’m talking hours) to speak with me and talk me through all my home buying fears. He was always available, patient and happy to help even if it to work through the most ridiculous questions. His team is also extremely supportive, calming, helpful and reliable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

  I had the pleasure of working with Charlie Del Torchio twice! I purchased my first home with him over 3 years ago, and as stressful as the process is, especially for a first time home buyer- he made each step of the way as seamless as possible, lighthearted, and stress free. I felt completely taken care of and had total trust in him. I just refinanced with him recently and was thrilled how easy, stress free and uncomplicated he made the process.   Charlie is great at his job and gets it done with ease. I've purchased a home using Charlie and recently refinanced with him as well.
