  Charley Farley is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. My husband and I are first time home buyers and don't know the first thing about mortgages. We called a few other "drive thru" mortgage specialists and were not impressed so the search continued. It didn't take long to find Charley, in fact I recall hearing some commericals for him, but initially found him through a Google search. Charley got back to me right away and we set up an appointment to see him. He got us a pre approval within 2 days and he definitely made the process easy and painless. He also hooked us up with a wonderful realtor. I have complete confidence in Charley and can't wait to find a home and finish the process.

  Bethany one of the loan officers made our experience amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers she made sure to explain everything very clearly and answered all my questions intill I understood fully ! She worked very well with my agent and the sellers agent to make this process happen quickly just like the seller wanted. She even answered emails and phone calls on the weekend ! I have nothing but great things to say about bethany! She truly went above and beyond to make buying our 1st home a great experience!

  We used Charley a few years ago for the purchase of our home. Every time I receive a marketing add from him I cringe (which is far to often). The process was very selfish, stressful and unorganized. I would run far from Charley. At one point he said "The amount of time it's taken to close this deal, we could have closed 3 others." Only personal benefit.

  Tyler, you have some valid points. It’s been a few years since you closed on your Condo, but I still recall how difficult a time we had getting you and your Condo Complex approved. You and I spoke several times during the process to discuss the information we needed and the challenges we faced. You and I agreed the process was taking longer than normal and I probably said something close to what you quoted. My apologies if my tone was objectionable. Your experience with us and our experience with you is not common or typical. My staff and I do care about our borrowers. Despite the challenges, you received the financing you applied for and we sincerely hope you have been enjoying your home.
