  I've been using this branch for years and have always been happy. I love their platform as most things can be done online, but anytime i've needed to go into the branch has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing. There are some difficulties given that the 'bank' (opposed to the broker/dealer) is in Florida and that can slow down the process, but that isn't the branch's fault. As a long time customer, i'm very happy with Schwab and this branch in particular.

  Terrible for banking! Old antiquated system makes customer service useless. Took a week to open and could never fund the account. On top of it all, they did a hard credit check without warning first. Finally gave up after two weeks of back and forth!

  Nobody cares about the clients. The front desk woman asked me to go home and open accounts online myself. Charles Schwab is the worst broker, based on my super unpleasant experience.

  I don’t actually use this bank, but a really nice customer service man looked up the location of the bank I was looking for, so thank you!!
