  Don Parsons was recommended to us by a good friend so I was pretty sure going into the refinance process that I was in good hands. I was self employed and retired so our refinance package had some difficult areas to navigate. Don was super knowledgeable with my specific situation and was able to put all the necessary items together to get the deal done. Not only did he get us a fantastic interest rate my opinion is he did a superior job. I have no problem giving Change Home Mortgage 5 stars and an A plus.

  Highly recommend. Our contact, David Eghbali, was very clear, communicated well, and made the process quick and painless. He applied urgency when needed and was extremely responsive so we never had to wonder where we were at in our loan process. Everything went as expected or better.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars. They locked me in at a rate. They ran the clock on the loan, even though they had everything they needed to close the loan, and then they didn't issue an extension for the locked rate. Very deceptive practices that led to a 1.6% increase in rate. They did this to many loans all at the same time, I was told by my escrow officer. I would never work with them again. Will be filing formal complaint against them.

  One of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it came to securing a mortgage. Charlotte Lee was my loan officer/point person and I cannot leave enough positive feedback for her. I’ve done several deals and she was spot on the entire time. Set the right expectations, delivered 100% on her promises and ultimately made it as though the entire process was on cruise control. She’s fantastic and I would recommend her to all of my friends and colleagues. And overall, I was really impressed with everything that Change Mortgage brought to the table on my mortgage loan.   The team at Change Home Mortgage made the process of purchasing a home seamless. Don Stolan has a great team, specifically Lauren and Madison. They were there to answer any questions I had. It didn’t matter if it was on a Sunday or late at night. Both were there to ensure every question I had to was thoroughly answered and explained to me. I would highly recommend them!   Had it not been for Lauren and her team, I would not have been able to purchase my first home. Let me explain... 7 days, before we were set to close on a house we were under contract for, the original mortgage lending company decided that they were no longer going to finance us. 5 days! Lauren came to me by recommendation from a friend. I got on the phone with her, explained our situation and she made no promises other than she would get back to me within a day to see if she could salvage our deal. The experience was night and day when compared to our original lender. Lauren and her team were organized and their process was streamlined. I really appreciated the email notifications I received when I moved through the steps of the process. I felt confident and my trust in lending companies was restored (after our original lender ruined it for me). I would recommend Lauren and her team to anyone looking to buy a home. I know that when my time comes to find another place, I'll be looking her up first and crossing my fingers that she services the area I'm looking in. Thank you Lauren!

  On 10/07/2021 Commerce Home Mortgage (aka Change Lending LLC) contracted with me to do a VA appraisal. The appraisal report was completed and uploaded to the VA portal on 10/09/2021. I also emailed Stephanie of Change Lending my W9 and Invoice. On 10/14/2021 the VA issued their Notice of Valuation which agreed with my report's valuation and cleared the way for the loan to be funded. Since then, I still haven't been paid. I've emailed several times: no reply. I've called and left messages with both Stephanie and the Accounts Payable dept: no reply. The VA requires that the lender have already collected the appraiser fee BEFORE the appraisal request is issued, and that the fee be sent to the appraiser within 30 days of the NOV. This has also been ignored by Change Lending. I'm not asking for much. I just want to be paid for my work.

  AMAZING TEAM! So great! I am a Real Estate Transaction coordinator so I am fairly familiar with all things real estate, excluding the lending process. I always hear clients talk about the overwhelm and I am here to say it was the complete opposite. Lauren and Madison basically had my loan approved when I got my offer accepted, and we were at closing at day 17! Love them!
