  Our family has been renting from this home for 17yrs. Our new landlord wanted to sell this home and gave us the option to buy. After visiting Change Home Mortgage, they encouraged us this sale could happen. They went over many options of saving. There was so many forks in the road of our journey.   My husband and I just refinanced our home and dropped from a 30 yr fixed to a 15 yr fixed at a lower interest level. The staff at Change Home Mortgage were so very helpful and walked us through ever step. We were able to get through the process with little to no hick ups. We even received a beautiful little gift in the mail after we closed. It was a delightful and completely unexpected gift. So thoughtful, I would recommend al of my family to check them out if they are even thinking about a refinance.
