  I can not believe how slow and unprepared the team here in oroville has become!! One would expect them to be ready and eager on the first business day of the year. I'm disappointed

  These guys are great only Wells Fargo in the area and they dont have a drive through. My daughter was asleep in the back and these guys met me out at my car in the parking lot to do my transactions and help me out so I wouldn't have to wake her up. Amazing!!!!! Nice to see incredible service especially at times like these. You guys rock thank you so much!!!

  I find that having Wells Fargo in Raley's is very convenient. I often am able to combine my grocery shopping with a trip to the bank. This location is well staffed, so waits are typically very short. There is hardly ever a line for the ATMs as well, so if you don't need a teller's assistance, your visit will be that much faster.

  Beware of the ATM I have been with wells fargo for over 10 years and never once had a problem until we tried to put money into my account at the atm there it let us put money into the atm then said it was out of service and spit my card back out... the bankers couldnt help and said to call the 800 number for customer service. the money never made it to my account and never even said there was an attempted transaction.. now customer service is making a claim they are telling me can take up to 10 days and they may or may not give me my money back. absolutely the worst customer service and the worst experience I have ever had with wells fargo.

  Jim is amazing. You know when he's working with you that they're really taking care of your money and your money's future. Every teller was awesome and friendly. Never any nonsense or obviously fake smiles.

  The staff has always been very helpful. Never have had to wait very long for a teller. It is a full-service Bank. There is a super secret room full of people in the back. LOL!

  Today the girl helped me out man I wish I can recall her name as I’m really bad with name but it was at 12 pm on Tuesday at the raley’s location, she waved a fee and I am so Grateful, as Christmas Draining! She has blond Balayage If you recognize her give her a raise thank you merry Christmas

  Always fast, Always friendly. Just a great place to do your banking. I have been with them for about 10 years, and have NEVER had a problem with anything.
