  I refinanced my car loan with CCU and had a wonderful experience! My loan was processed swiftly, I got a low rate and even qualified for a promotion they were running. Sherrie was great to work with and I am grateful to have established a banking relationship with Sherrie and CCU. I look forward to banking there in the future.

  Sherrie Worley is the definition of great customer service! She was very knowledgeable of the different loan options and programs available. I completed the application from my phone and had a response very quickly. Her attention to detail is second to none! Call Sherrie if you need help with an auto loan. We have now refinanced our home and financed our new vehicle with Champion. We will use them again! 👍

  The absolute best banking experience I have ever encountered. Chisty, the branch manager, is such an attentive and hard-working leader, on top of being a genuinely kind person. She leads an amazing group of women! Rosi has been a constant joy to interact with each and every time I visit, due to her charismatic personality and amazing diligence. I've never seen someone handle everything so calmly and with such ease! Sherrie is an absolute sweetheart and so so helpful. Every visit, Sherrie never hesitates to jump in to help a member or fellow coworker. Lastly, Anna, although no longer working at the Mills River branch, was a complete pro in all things technical! She was always quick, genuine, and attentive in meeting all my banking needs. Anna is greatly missed at this branch!! If you're in need of a personal or business account, look no further than this amazing local branch. They'll take great care of you, while walking you through any doubts you may have.   I had the pleasure to work with Sherrie W. and Christy E. They went above and beyond to help me obtain a car loan. Then made sure the check was overnighted to the dealership in Knoxville Tennessee and I was able to drive off with my new vehicle the same day. So very nice and considerate.

  Excellent bank with very friendly people! My only complaint is that you have to call Canton and be transferred to Mills River to speak with someone at that branch. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars!
