  Needed to trade in my old Silverado for a newer one. I visited multiple dealers on the west side of Indy. The other places made me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting my have the opportunity of buying one of their cars. I was ready to give up. Went to Champion and worked with Devontae Neal. What a great experience. Will definitely go there first when I make my next purchase.

  This was the best car buying experience I could have asked for. It was my first time buying a car and I never felt more comfortable with making such a huge decision. Steve Rettig was the best person for the job. He talked me through the entire process and helped to calm my nerves! I would definitely recommend Champion!

  Booked an appointment online and selected the services I wanted performed; for this visit, a four wheel alignment and a complimentary car wash. When I arrived, the service bay to drop off and review services to be performed was full and I was asked to wait a few mins (about 5) so they could make some room, no big deal. The price of the alignment was competitive, lower than I expected. I asked at drop off if they could bump my tire pressure up about 5psi as each tire was running 2-3 pounds low with the single digit temperatures lately. I was very tired after a week of third shifts, so I caught a small nap in their comfortable waiting room with snacks and coffee. Service took about 1:15 and when I paid for the service and walked over to my car, it had clearly not been washed (might have been too cold, but no one mentioned it at all). While driving home, I tabbed to the TPMS and saw identical tire pressures as when I brought our Traverse in. I’m frustrated that they did the minimum to perform the service requested and skimped on the carwash amenity and ignored my concern about the tire pressure. I chose Champion for this service because Tire Barn’s alignment computer has been under repair for a couple weeks and I needed it done sooner than later. Although they’re the closest Chevy dealer to me, I think I’ll make the drive to Bill Estes in the future or just do the work myself.

  At Champion Chevrolet of Avon i am treated like i am important to them. The service department staff is top notch.   It was time to search for a new car and I really did not look forward to it. As a female I always worry about what happens when I walk into a dealership alone. How I will be treated. WOW what a surprise I was in for. I met Bill Allen at Champion Chevrolet in Avon and he was incredible. He listened to me. He understood what I needed and what I was able to do. Then went the extra mile to meet all my needs. I can only say if you are ever in need of a car and want to make sure you are taken care of properly Bill Allen is the person you should talk to. He was fantastic and I would tell anyone looking for a car to go see him first and you won't have to worry about who you see next because he will get you the right car at and make sure it fits your budget.
