  Chad was really kind and he unterstood what I wanted totally. I moved Austin, so I didn't know about pros & cons in each district, but he let me know every place's features very well. Eventually, I got house which was perfect for me! I can recommand him one hundred percent!

  Mr. Chad Yoon has been an amazing realtor for my family's search and purchase of our very first home. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase or rent house in Austin metropolitan area to work with Mr. Yoon. He has been extremely caring throughout the process despite the fact that my wife and I are first-time house buyers. He provided us with wide range of house options in Austin-area market based on our desired features, price range, and etc and spent numerous hours and days to take us to each location and explain pros and cons for us. When we had concerns/questions, Mr. Yoon was available and responsive via email, text and call so that we did not have to wait for long hours to figure something out. After weeks of search, we ended up purchasing the house we want and Mr. Yoon has been an amazing realtor to the end. Once again, I strongly recommend interested home buyers to contact Mr. Yoon!
