Michelle Walls1The first issue I experienced was repeated denials to accept the debit card issued by the bank because they use Discover. There were other issues however the experience that turned me completely off, just happened today. There was something seriously wrong with my account & it went on for a while before I even knew there was a problem. The problem involved transactions being allowed to post to my account when apparently they should not have & as a result my account became extremely overdrawn. Not wanting to complain to the bank, I decided I would make a series of deposits to try to get the negative balance paid. I make the first deposit in the form of a money order by mobile deposit. Mobile Deposit which requires you to sign into your account to access it & the transaction is a deposit not a withdrawal. I make the deposit, and thinking everything was fine I voided the money order. Then later I get a call from the bank, the representative tells me they voided the money order because there was something wrong with it... If there was something wrong with it, why didn't they call me before they voided it? There was no need to void it out & if they spoke to me 1st...I could have told that..but instead I'm out the value of the money order & the overdrawn status of my account is unchanged. Granted, its not a lot of money for many people but still. I understand my experience is not like most but it has been awful..

Barbara Turner1Went in to get a replacement card. Only to be told I have to deposit 100 into my savings account before I can get one. Which wouldn't be a problem but I dont have a savings account with them. But this wasnt even the real issue. My main concern is how I spoke about like I wasnt even there. So glad the new location is running on the loop.
