  Had called up there to see if they took a certain item and whoever answered didn't say who they were, or give his name. Almost before I could even finish he just says no. Could have at least been like "no I'm sorry, we don't take those items anymore. I just don't understand people sometimes. I just said okay thank you anyways and hung up. Smh.
