Betty Holmes5Ces Credit Union gave me a chance when a bank wouldn't even let me open an account. They have given me a couple loans and a credit card which in turn I am very thankful for. I finally got to prove myself!!! I highly recommend CES Credit Union.

rev reeves1I stopped in at the bank to make a deposit in the ATM it was a couple of checks the ATM spit out an envelope for me to put the stuff in I looked down to fill out the envelope real quick and put the checks and the envelope before I could even look back up the ATM machine said I ran out of time and basically stole my card and said it was being held for security reasons this was on a weekend it made it very inconvenient for the whole weekend not to have my card they're very lucky I didn't rip that machine out of the wall and get my card back out of it you can bet first thing Monday morning I'm going to go in and talk to somebody and let them know exactly how I feel

Mike Bernard1I attempted to open a new account 1 hour before closing. I was not greeted well and was given half a dozen reasons why I probably didn't have the right information with me to open an account. "I probably didn't live in Delaware county"," I probably didn't have 2 forms of ID with me" etc. when I stated that yes I did have all this BASIC INFORMATION with me I was then told the person I needed to speak to was busy, which I noticed on the way in to the branch. At this point I politely gave the feedback that based on this initial experience this was NOT a place with which I wished to do business.

Never in my life have I seen a bank struggle so much to do simple things like take payments without kicking them back because they are in "maintenance mode" then expects the customer to handle late fees etc because this bank can't keep their business running 24/7. I will never bank here again. Strongly advise you don't bank here. Oh yeah and a cash deposit was put on hold for 3 days...3 days. What were you guys doing waiting for someone to show up that could count? Edit #1 Just posted 2 checks into my account. Was told 7 days to process. Look at the account today and it's now up to 12 days to process. All that's needed to process these is 1 phone call to the company. How it takes 12 days to make 1 phone call is beyond me.

Kayla Harris1Didn’t have a great experience with this credit union. It is not easy to access your account, the communication is not great, and I was charged fees for dormancy on a savings account. The point of a savings account is to leave the money alone.
