  Just bought a house and so very happy with the dedication my realtor Mandy Vereshack-- Erickson put into finding the house for us. Although it was a strenuous sale to come to terms of both parties, she fought for us to get the deal we wanted. I couldn’t be happier, her give it to you straight forward approach was what truly made me most comfortable within the process. We have a home that we cherish and big thanks to the Asa Cox team for pulling together and getting this to close on time because it came down to the wire. We all made it to finish line exhausted and stress free, we couldn’t have made it through without Mandy playing hardball for us! Thank you so much we are finally HOME!!

  Jessie Keener is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! As a very stubborn person I had been trying for months to find a home on my own. A friend of mine referred me to Jessie and that day I wondered why I didn't reach out for help sooner. Her knowledge alone on the buying process was enough to know I could count on her to find my forever home. She set me up on my own private portal so I could put in what I wanted and was very accessible when I wanted to see a home. When showing me houses she was able to answer every question I had about the home, the area it was located in and even local attractions that may interest me. Unfortunately do to my current job situation I was unable to finish the process but have no doubt she would have closed strong for me. Jessie advised me if things change and I move back to northeast Ohio we could pick up where we left off.
