  I choose this credit union because they were rated the best in the area. But despite having a friendly recruiter over the phone, we have been extremely disappointed after opening our account. First of all, I deposited my last two paychecks an entire week ago, and they are still pending. I have no access to two weeks of my paychecks! Secondly, their mobile app is junk. I tried three times to deposit one of the checks through the app and each time it told me that the amount was incorrect. It wasn't even checked by a human. The computer software read it incorrectly and told me it would not accept the check. Third, they charge money for services that are free at many other credit unions. We recently moved, so I wanted to get a local credit union, but these people charge money for services we've always gotten for free

  Great customer service and great rates. We appreciated how well they took care of our financial needs. All are always ready to serve with awesome attitudes.

  Extremely dishonest Credit Union. Try and deal with their customer service and point out their mistake and the response I got....... "You should hire an attorney. We wont fix our mistake."

  As a service provider, Trüpp had a very positive experience working with Central Willamette CCU and were impressed by their commitment to their employees and willingness to allow Trüpp to operate as an extension of their business.

  The building is amazing...super high ceilings...bright colors...haven't seen another building around here like it. All the rooms have cool names..loved it.

  You walk in, no reception. Got to pick up the phone and hit zero... 2nd time, someone answered. I get it is self serve at a lot of places but for a bank corporate office... you think they have someone to represent the company in person.

  Hard to find-took out of towners near an hour to find but very nice facility for conference once we found it! Need better directions!!!

  Expect your money to take forever to deposit. Bills? Those will be late.
