  My wife called to talk to the mortgage lenders to ask if they work with people who just started their jobs. The lady hung up the phone on her without even answering. She could have just said no. So very rude and unprofessional. She made my wife cry.

We do work with people who have just started their jobs or have any type of income. We have multiple products we can look at.   If you are looking for a bank that goes above and beyond for their customers, this is the bank to choose. They treat you like family and go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. Rob Landis is a true asset to the CSB team. He always made me feel at ease with the loan process and was just a phone call away for any questions or concerns. Doing loan stuff during covid was difficult but Rob was there to help make a difficult process easier. You won't be disappointed if you choose CSB as your financial institution. You are family, not just a customer!

  Great place! The tellers are always so friendly with me, usually the ladies and they're very quick too! Usually your account has automatic overdraft protection and copies of your bank statement are only a quarter! The staff is easy to communicate with.

  I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open and they called the cops on me as a potential burglar.

  Thank you for your comment. After speaking with you, we contacted Police Dispatch. They assured us that no call was made from the bank and that the police often patrol around banks and credit unions during off hours. They were not acting at our request, but we do apologize for the inconvenience.

  Most prejudice and judgemental bank i have ever dealt with. I will never recommend this bank to anyone.
