      Wish I could give this greedy thieving bank negative stars. Called the main central national customer and had my card deactivated so no more bills would come out of my account. Called this location directly and spoke to a manager because they kept taking money out of my check even though it was in the negative and I find out that my card wasn’t deactivated and the manager wouldn’t do anything about it and I kept getting fees on top of it. Worst bank ever and just tries to steal your money and will keep over drawing your account and won’t let you close it. On top of all that there were at&t charges that kept coming out and when I called at&t they showed that central national sent the money back to them even though it shows it being withdrawn out of my checking. Just go with Chime, they will not steal your money and there are no overdraft charges. Instead they just decline the payment if you don’t have enough money and it actually helps your credit.

      Banked with them 6-8 months on a small account. They were charging me a monthly fee and I visited them 5 times to ask about them and they told me every time that it’s, “an error on our side and it should be fixed.” I finally went in to close the account and 2 months after closing the account, I realize they didn’t close the account and are still charging me. They won’t close my account and keep charging me. I still can’t get the account closed. Also have called half a dozen times and NEVER had anyone pick up or call back.

      They charge overdraft fees if you transfer your money between your accts after a certain time of day. I can go withdraw the money anytime of day but if I transfer from one checking to another it results in fees. Doesn’t make sense

      have been banking with them for several years but recently I’ve been saddened by how bad the customer service has gotten. Tried to call for help with my online account and it has been impossible. The wait times increase rather than decrease. I left a message 3 days ago and no one has yet to get back to me. Ridiculous.

      Been banking here for over 4yrs. Never an issues. Great people!! But ita Going on 3 weeks and still have not received my debit card after reporting it lost/stolen.

      The worst bank to go through. They take money out of your account after they have done it twice already. Closing my account soon! This was the worst experience ever! Thieving bank! Terrible bank , never again . I rather have cash in Topeka then to bank with this place . Seriously the WORSSSSSTTTTTT bank ever
