  Monica and Jingjing were more than fantastic. Central Group's rates were the most competitive of the companies I screened, and the application could not have been easier. I probably spent less than 2 total hours on the loan. I very much attribute that super smooth process. Central Group's staff made the close a breeze even right before Christmas. Like I have already recommended them to friends and I would recommend them to anyone!

  My girlfriend bought her first house financed by Central Group Mortgage today. She knew nothing about the home loan and closing process. Monica help tremendously through the entire process. She even made contact late, the night before closing to remind my friend what to bring to the closing. The constant communication by Monica removed any stress my friend had about making the house purchase. Monica is so nice to go to the extra effort to make the process smooth.   If you are looking for a mortgage lender Monica is someone you want to talk to. Monica was a total pro at working out the details and telling me the options, and kept everything and everyone on track through the entire process so there were no delays or surprises. Monica and her team were always very responsive, whether it was late at night or on the weekends, which was impressive! Had our closing a few days ago, and it went through perfectly.
