  Awesome place to get a loan! the girls are very friendly, give the best customer service, and will help you anyway they can to help you approve for a loan! Cash on the spot upon approval and just like that it’s done! I used to have loan accounts with world finance and security finance but after hearing and trying out Central finance I will now do my business nowhere else but here from now on!

  I took out a $50 loan which I immediately paid back in full the following Friday... Years later they are still draining my credit.. 0 stars isn't an option

  We report to TransUnion once a month, they download our files. If you paid in full it will reported paid as agreed, if you did not pay the loan it will show that you didn't pay. That is not in our control. If you have documentation showing that you paid, we are happy to submit that to the credit bureau.

  Central Finance truly helps those who need to build or re-establish credit. They've helped tremendously in the process of re-establishing my credit. The staff is amazing - when they say they want to help in the process - it's the truth! I will continue to go to Central Finance when ever I need a loan - I would suggest that if you need help with your credit or just need a loan go to Central Finance - you will not be disappointed! I would also like to thank the staff for all their help.

  I have worked here for 6 years, 4 being the Manager. We strive to deliver excellent customer service and we do our best to say YES! A majority of our customers are those with bad or no credit but we are the company that gives you a chance or a 2nd chance. Our requirements are simple, we require proof of income, proof of residence, your own cell phone, and 4 references and you are approved at least for our starter loan, better credit will get you approved for more of course. I do my best to help get an individual approved and qualified like verifiying certain information if needed, however when I cannot verify this information, responsibility then falls on the applicant to provide all the documentation we require. Once you are a customer you are automatically given what we call "benefit of the doubt". This means that if you can't make it in for your payments all we require is open communication to work with you until we can get the account to a current standing. We can work with our customers to the best of our abilities, but because we specialize in credit building, our system reports monthly to the credit bureau (this helps build credit by reporting your on time payments), beyond our control, meaning that although we are working with an individual to get back to current standing, pay history is ultimately in our customers hands. If you don't pay your account on time it can have a negative effect on your credit. We strive to keep this from happening! We have been in business for more than 30 years so building relationships are also something we are familiar with! I do appreciate all our customers contrary to the prior review, each customer is different and have different circumstances or issues pertaining to their individual accounts, but each customer is accessed on an individual basis to again either gain the customer more credit or get them back to current status if they fall behind. Life does happen and we are here to help in any way we can! Give us that chance to get your credit started or to help it thrive... Building credit and building relationships is our specialty, CALL OR COME IN TODAY!

  My credit has been terrible but brittany did her best and helped me with a loan it has done good on my credit and anytime I need money I know where to go. I had an awesome experience. Highly recommend

  My experience with Central Finance has been awesome, until today. I have been procuring loans from here for three and a half years now, and in that time, I have only paid late TWICE, regardless of being in between jobs or having life happen. Today, I went in to refinance my loan, and they told me they could not help me because I haven't gotten paid from my new job yet. "We can't refinance you because you don't have a job." Maybe next month I "won't be able to pay because I don't have a job." I guess loyal, honest customers aren't important to them. Very dissatisfied, Central Finance. I will not be getting another loan from here.

  So helpful and kind love this place! I highly recommend it they are respectful, and it can be hard to ask for help sometimes so I like how understanding they all are... I was in a bind a couple months ago and Brittany helped me out and so if I ever need some extra cash I'll definitely be back!

  New to the area wanted to establish some local credit and rebuild mine. Was in and out in 10 minutes just have all the documents they ask for and these ladies will take care of you..
