  Holt Summit branch not very friendly, especially If you bring in loose change for coin counter. We were told not to come back if we had any more change. Jeff City & Fulton locations are much more customer oriented! Quite the gratitude for being a 20+ year customer in good standing with this location.

  Over the years I have conducting business at several different banks in the mid Missouri area. Without a doubt, I can say the Holts Summit Central Bank branch is hands-down the best bank in the area. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed every time you walk in. I cannot praise the staff enough and it’s a shame but I can only give five stars.

  They always take care of my personal and business necessities whenever I need them. All I have to do is shoot Ashley and email and she responds quickly and takes care of it right away. I've been a Central Bank customer for 25 years and I enjoy working with the Holts Summit branch and their staff!

  I have been a customer with Central Bank at 3 different local banks in Central Missouri and also with the Trust for my mortgage. I have been very pleased with the customer service, mobile banking, mortgage lending and ATM service. Whenever I have a concern, it is reviewed and results communicated back to me very timely. Keep up the great work.

  Staff is so sweet and I was given a birthday card with coupons for icecream and signatures from the staff. Thank you so much i appreciate the time to do that it means a lot❤️❤️

  Central bank of Holts Summit is an amazing bank. Everyone greets me by name when I walk in. I would think about going to any other bank.

  Always enjoy going in everytime I walk in I'm greeted with nothing but smiles most of everyone that works there knows my name and that only makes me feel more welcome I'd highly recommend banking here I personally wouldn't bank anywhere else.
