  I've been with Centier for over 20 years. It is a very good bank to do business with. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the managers down. I wouldn't trust my money anywhere else.

  When to open an account and the lady had told me that I owed the bank a $112 from 2004 come to find out I don't all the bank anything they were wrong and they treated me like a second hand citizen I would never send anyone to this bank

  Deposited a check on April 9th 2020. Still waiting on my funds to be released here it is April 17th. Lady in the drive through teller looked at amount of the check then gave me a snide look thinking I was giving them a fake check. The bank immediately judged me instead of calling the bank or the claims administrator cause the check was from a class action lawsuit from a large trucking company. Very disappointed on how I was treated as a thief.so the bank wants to play God during this pandemic and let me get further behind in Bills was told funds would be available today but now it's changed to tomorrow. Stop playing God with people's money!!!!!!

  Bad customer service. The supervisor doesn't know how to talk to customers.. or was I discriminated? She asked, what do I do with my money? Really, when I was only getting $200 in coins. And the previous week I asked another employee aka supervisor for $100 more in coins and she said no because she needed to have coins for her other customers. What kind of business does this bank have? The tellers I have no problem with it's just the supervisors.....

  HORRIBLE BANK!!!!! DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!! I HAVE SEEN THE STAFF USE PROFANITY TOWARDS OTHER CUSTOMERS... just overall not a trustworthy place to keep your money

  WORST BANK EVER!!! PLEASE DONT GO HERE STAFF IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE USED PROFANITY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY

  I couldn't think of a better place safer place to keep my money I was hacked in my account I had a phone call from centier bank report suspicious activity they took care of everything promptly they are like family I highly recommend centier bank

  Centier Bank downtown Hobart is the BEST! Always helpful friendly staff. The absolute best customer service!
