I went to ask one of the ladies if my bank account was closed and they said yes. Then one miss Alicia went on to tell me i needed two forms of id to open a new one. But the way she said it made me feel uncomfortable im not gana go as far as saying she was racist but she gave me an uneasy feeling. I went to open a free checkings account and was rejected of which ive never had a problem doing before she did offer a monthly fee account but i would be losing more than my current rapid$ account. I felt as if she wasn't willing to do the free checkings for another reason. But i will gladly go elsewhere.

I love this bank branch (and I don't usually care for banks). The tellers are helpful and friendly and Ms. Pat Duvall is personable and helpful.
