  The Veteran's Mortgage Source is amazing! I bought a home in Georgia and Cole Stephens and his team were able to work with me like they were local. The communication was great! So much so that we closed 19 days before the agreed upon closing date! I am so happy and impressed with them. I plan on recommending them to anyone I meet who is buying or selling a home in Georgia.   Adam Karalius is Highly Recommended by our realtor Erin and so we proceeded; and we now also Highly Recommend Adam. He is very Knowledgeable and Encouraged our questions, and Promptly answered them. It was not our initial intention to purchase a house and so I ended up as co-signer to help my mother obtain her house ; I had recently refinanced my house and car — and so this slowed our process a little bit as everything was closely checked as it should be. Adam Encouraged and gave me the incentive to hang in there for my mother’s sake. My mother is happy and that is what is most important!! My father had passed away this past year, and my siblings and myself know because of she being devoted to my father and of course to God all these years ... that we felt this must be what our father and God wanted for our mother because I happened to see this house on the first day of open house... and everything fell right into place... especially with the Help of Adam!! Thank You Adam and Cardinal Financial Company!! Adam after —let us know that though we successfully closed— we could still continue to consult or ask of anything we were concerned with or had questions of.   My husband and I recently refinanced our house with Matt from Celebrity Home Loans. We have worked with Matt for the last 4 years, and I wouldn't work with any other lender. My husband and I followed Matt through his career from one company to the other. He is always patient and on top of everything that needed to be done. Matt is professional and very respectful. I wouldn't use another lender other then Matt.
