  Spent multiple hours emailing documents to Keith. After he told me he had gotten the approval for the loan, I started looking at homes. When I bought my first home, I had a preapproval in writing, but I never received that from Keith no matter how many times I inquired about It. Unfortunately Keith lacked organization, truthfulness and transparency.
