  Cedar Creek Realty managed a vacation home we rented. They were responsive, professional and kind under difficult circumstances. I would hire them to manage my property, if I had one in the area.

  I booked a home in Arnold for our family vacation and a month later, I receive an e-mail stating that "due to unforeseen circumstances" the booking is cancelled. Cedar Creek referred us to a new home which was way further than what we wanted. When I decided not to take the referral home, they begged me to give them a chance to find another home, claiming that they were "onboarding" about 100 homes. The lady promised to make my reservation a priority and would get back to me. I waited a month with no communication, all the while stressing about our family vacation. In the meantime, they charged my credit card for a deposit to a home that I did not sign an agreement for. They should have automatically refunded our deposit fees but, after waiting a month for the so-called promised rental, I had to request the deposit back. Another kicker...they only do refunds once a month! What a fiasco...the ladies there do not know what the other is doing!

  Above it all !!! Good accomodations and big house for a big group. 2draw backs. TV doesn't have cable. Netflix and YouTube connection is available. Major problem is that the home doesn't have any AC. There are no fans in any of the bedrooms. House fan vents don't work at all. Downstairs vents at least work. Upstairs vents don't work. We stayed here when the temperatures were in 100°.Had a really hard time falling sleep.Only saving grace was the propertyanagement provided us with fans for all rooms.

  We have rented homes through Cedar Creek Realty for years. They are a top-notch rental group, and we are grateful for their friendly, helpful staff and detail-oriented procedures. The homes we have stayed in are always accurately advertised and well-appointed. We trust them entirely, and we plan to use Cedar Creek for all future trips to this beautiful area.

  Best real estate company in the Sierra Nevada Mountains! If you decide to purchase or sell...ask for Shelby French. She continuously goes above and beyond. Her and her daughter are a team that continuously exceed your expectations.

  My family booked a place for a winter vacation - just booking it there were miscommunications with the office and the home we had "reserved" wasn't available so they placed us in another home. The substitute home was very basic & the driveway wasn't plowed upon arrival even though there was over a foot of snow. The home was dark, needed a good cleaning, and everything was dated - just didn't feel fresh and clean. Definitely overpaid - next time around I'll rent direct from an owner who isn't giving 25% to Cedar Creek for what amounts to pretty poor management.

  Great resource for cabin rental. Website so easy to use. Open 7 days a week. Loved our cabin experience!

  Where to begin.. the map they give you to get to the cabin is so fuzzy you have to shruggle to read it. The house was dirty. I was shocked to see how dirty this house was. I had to call the business because there was poop on the bathroom wall. They sent someone to clean it, just the poop. There was mildew on the shower walls. One of the blankets had blood on it. The deck and outer area of the cabin were not clean whatsoever. Leafs and pine needles everywhere. The deck flooded because the pine needles wouldn't allow the water to flow off. I got the pleasure to clean the deck while it was raining. My dad had to fix one of the gutters because it was leaking so bad in the walk way. The pool table needed to be fixed the balls kept getting stuck. The dart board had 0 darts. My dad decided the cabin needed to be cleaned and started vacuuming, vacuuming everywhere. The only positive side to renting this cabin was the location. It's by the water.

  We rented from this agency several times and it has always been a similar cluster each time. This time we rented a property which turned out to be double booked which they informed us about a week before we were heading there. They switched us to another property after dealing with a ton of logistical nightmares and rudeness of the staff. Very unaccommodating staff. Would not recommend their services!
