  Purchased a pre-owned 2014 F150 XLT last week. Agreement included four upgrades prior to purchase. From the initial intro with Sales Rep Jordan Wofford to closing the deal with Sales Manager Steve, this was a smooth and low pressure Texas settlement. James Rodriguez and the Service Dept did a bang up job on tires, leveling and bedliner. Jordan patiently walked us through blue tooth and Sirius setups.   Bought the right car for me. I love my Edge. It acts makes driving fun! It's great that the dealer is right here in Hondo, where I live. They also gave me coupons i.e. free oil changes & tire rotations into the future. Great people to work with. I'll certainly refer them to shop there when they're ready to buy!

  Took my truck in due to a noise in the motor. Instead of asking more than one person they just told me that I needed to spend $20,500 on a new motor. Then on top of that they charged me $400 for not doing a damn thing. Will never take my vehicle there again or buy a vehicle from them.
