  I took a loan with this place and for the past few months I have fell into deep financial troubles being. Being single with only one source of income, my financial status isn’t so great. I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Missy, and now I’m even getting harassing letters from this place. They need to be more lenient with people, and understanding. Also, stop threatening me with rude messages, and STOP harassing me during my working hours! Not everyone has a 9 to 5 job like you! Very poor customer service!!

  Why would anyone want to argue or lose a good customer is beyond me. Not one time have i paid late. I will never send anyone their way and i will find a new company. Didnt even try once to make me happy or fix the error or acted like they cared about their customer. Shame on them!

  I went there to get a small loan and was approved but in between the time of paying the loan back i had something happened i lost my mom i fell into a deep depression and had a nervous breakdown i was harrashed everyday and when i spoke with the manager there not only was she rude but threating as well me being out of work at that time i had just started back and informed her that i was going to make a payment july 11 buy that was not good enough not only have i had to go through my mom passing now this she asked me about the tv i had put up for calateral which i told her i did not have it at the time she never gave me a chance to tell her it was in the shop being fixed she just stated its a felony affens so my question of the day to myself was maybe i should go get this tv thats getting fixed which is on my list and turn it in then be very aware of this company and dont go here cause if life happened they dont care
