      Policies make no sense. Make payments on time and early every month, pay twice a month sometimes. But when I’m in tight spot and need to refinance and try to pull some Equity out of an asset to be able to make it through the holiday, they shut me down rudely and tell me I am late on a payment when I have a receipt and notes from when I paid everything twice and ask so this takes care of next months payment and was told Yes! Nice ladies but a backwards running place thanks for ruining my holidays guys....
