Tomika Shorter1Loan Officer Lisa at the Hartman Branch deserves no stars. I usually bank at the Caryle Ave branch but the notary was out. Lisa refused to notarize a document for me because I was with a shared branch. Why does the Caryle branch notarize with no issues? Guess what? UPS Store did it for a buck!! I'll never step foot at that branch again! Lisa made it seem like rocket science and stated, "I have to protect my notary." REALLY?? It's not like I didn't have proper identification that verified who I was. It wasn't that serious. Shame on you Hartman branch.
Response from the ownerHi Tomika, So sorry about the frustration. We are glad that the Carlyle location was assisting you; however, notary services are a free service that we are happy to provide to our members.

Paul P (Son of a King)5I have been banking with CCCU for over 9 years now, with the W Main branch, but mostly the Shiloh branch, and always had great service.

Jimmy Burger1I have been banking here for 3 years and unfortunately amidst this COVID pandemic I was charged $75 in overdraft fees. The manager failed to assist me and was extremely rude even going as far as to criticize and judge the purchases I made that caused the overdraft. She also made it a point to comment that I “shouldn’t spend money I don’t have.”, as if I had I had made the error intentionally. Eventually she decided to refund me ONE of the three charges. In the end, my 3 years of loyalty banking with them was worth just 25 bucks. Unless somebody reaches out and intends to remedy this, I’ll be going somewhere with good customer service.
