  Wow! Catherine was absolutely phenomenal! This was my first home buying experience and I appreciate her going above and beyond for me. I am Military coming from overseas and it was a 16 hour time difference. Catherine did not care about the time difference and told me I could text and call her anytime of day and she will be there for me :-) I knew I would have tons of questions about the process and she was always patient, kind, personable, genuine and overly sweet. She walked me delicately every step of the way. I thanked Catherine a millions times. I not only had a great lender but I feel I made a friend too. Thank you for everything Catherine!   I was very pleased with the level of effort from Catherine and the team. My house took almost a year to close on and Catherine kept up with my loan and the team sent me updates and requests for updated information as necessary to keep me up to date. She also helped me towards the end of the process by giving me a lenders credit to keep my interest rate a little lower since my locked in interest rate changed a few times with all the delays.
