  This was my worst experience ever with a bank. I was transfer from HSBC to this bank. And its been a nightmare since. The worst communication you can imagine. And the impossibility to make a wire transfer. Go away. this is my first review ever. but I have too

  If I could, I would give it 1 star! My bank and myself have been trying to contact this bank for the last 4 days. I've called every branch from Brooklyn, NY to Los Angeles, CA and the phone rings once and hangs up. There is no way to get in touch with this fraudulent bank! Wonder what would happen if your credit or debit card got lost or stolen. Your accounts would be cleared out before you even get someone on the phone to talk to. Don't walk, run away from this deplorable bank!

  Worst Bank ever, inefficient system to screen new account candidates. Incompetent poor communication! Do not waste your time if you don’t speak mandarin or cantonese and you are from country side mainland China than maybe you can have a chance!

  This is a very conservative bank. Look at the ages and backgrounds of its directors. It is facing a management and corporation governance succession and transformation problem.

  This bank is really too bull shit, you can cancel the cancellation of the account, the service is really bad, there is a staff member named Betty Chang and one called Maria. These two people are simply the best, I will change the money, change A box of 1cent is only 25 yuan to collect me five dollars. The young service is very good. It’s really getting older and more stupid. I really don't know how to do it in the bank. This bank really bullies the Chinese.
