  Sean Loveland was spectacular. I put my offer in on the house in the end of March and we closed April 16 (would have been sooner but we had to push back a few days due to some out of state documents I needed, nothing on them) he went out of his way to make sure I knew every detail of what was going on and what to expect. Honestly, it was the smoothest home loan / closing process I have ever seen, everybody was really in shock by it. I’m pretty sure I’ve never actually written a review before, so it takes a lot for me to care enough to actually come here and write one.

  Sean quoted me an initial rate of 3.75 on a 15 year loan with no points easily able to close in 30 days. 45 days later my rate was jacked to 4.25 and on the day I was supposed to sign, the underwriter charged an additional 6k to close the loan. At this point I was forced to sign or loose the house. Very untrust worthy company.
