  Ever since this store has gained a new manager (Jessica) my overall experience when calling or making payments has improved. Both Jessica and Kayla are professional, kind, and try to help you in anyway that they can. I am glad this location has improved the way it has and intend to remain a customer of this loan company.

  Jessica is very rude and a liar it took 5 days to get my title back after paying them back. Then to make things worse sure told us to come for the title on the day they were closed. Constant harassment of our contacts and prying questions of our personal life will definitely not bring our business back to CASH MAX. Needless to say we won't recommend to anyone untill under new management
