  Came by the store to get a loan and it was fast and easy Rudy and Juana was very friendly through out the process. I was very pleased with the professionalism with Rudy he was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions before I could ask. I definitely recommend this store and to come and get a loan with them thank you so much for making it easy for me

  I went into title max today dreading the fact of getting loan but times are hard and I’m trying to make it to tax time. Juana and the supervisor in store where very friendly and helpful in explaining the interest amount on each loan amount. They also let me know the lowest loan amount given so it would be easier for me to pay back. I would refer friends and family to this store.

  This location is amazing I previously had a loan with them in which it went smoothly throughout the process. I thought it was going to be a minute before I returned to them like maybe I was going on vacation then I will go back to them. But two to three weeks later I needed work done on my car and I knew exactly where to go. This location was so welcoming and made the process easier than before. I was so relieved to know that I can count on them for anything especially when it comes to emergencies like these...thank you for being there for me 🤗

  Wow is an under statement for the service provided from the staff at CashMax in Duncanville. They are always super friendly and willing to go above exceptional customer service to all customers. Sometimes I just like going because I know they are all really sweet! Arlene, Angela, Mayra, Barbara and Suneequa really jumped in and helped us today. We were running late to an event we had and instead of saying well sorry, like most places would have. The team pulled together and all helped knock it out! This is true TEAMWORK! The rush and demand was absolutely incredible!! I was amazed with the level of customer service!! They definitely showed genuine concern for us and while handling all other customers who were in there as well, with the same level of appreciation and customer care. I wish I would of recorded it! We happily got a title loan with little payback fees! If you are looking for some extra cash for unexpected issues like us, You should go check out these wonderful ladies! You will not be disappointed!
